i nv update ytd..
nw i m going to update abt my " working " life ...
haha..
i have change my "working environment"..
frm a high tech to a 'soso' tech environment ..
maybe i need to adjust..
there are alot of things to relearn ..
is so bloody stress nia ..
ppl work like a yr 2 ..
i wrk like a yr one ..
the place they put thing i also dunno la..
haix...

ytd when i step into the ward ..
i m like omg la..
cos the ward look veri cramp to mi..
is super unlike wat i see in b class ward and my previous hospital...

den go to the tea room..
is like so so so small la ..
like 7 ppl inside jiu cramp le .. hmmm... i tink abt ten the maxium la..
den nbm .. orentation tat tym..
the manual bp set look like a weighting machine to mi ..
haha..
and i ask rai wat's tat..
i feel damn ps la..
but need to ask leh .. if nt ltr dunno la - gi worst
den i see the way they do thing is like damn disorganised ..
unlike my previous hospital ..
hmmm..
hospital A is my previous working hospital
hospital B is my current working hospital
hospital A use computer to record hr, rr, bq and spo2 , I/O
hospital B use clinical chart [manual record]
hospital A practise using alcohol swap when doing NGT feeding , use glove and apron
hospital B do nt need to use at all .
hospital A do things like a timetable manner
hospital B do there abit and there abit ..x.xhospital A have a full one hr break
hospital B have 30 min by 30 min and horx...the idiot thing is if yew break nv go on tym , yew still have to come back early ..like today ..my break is 6.30 to 7 . den need to go finish thing 1st den in the end 6.55 go den 7 jiu have to go back ward..is like wtf la..dun yew all find it arse...knn...damn kuku lorx...if continue like tat i sure slim dwn sia ..[i guess and i hope i will]but is damn tiring leh ...haix..is like a toture la..i still have 2 yr to go after i graduate..i regret bond here sia...I DAMN REGRET !!!!oh ya den the toopid pca damn lazy la..everything we do ..order us do tis and tat like yew are the boss ordering us la..knn...and act like yew veri big ..yew jux a pca ok ..next tym we are higher den yew ...at least yew treat us nice , we ok to hlp yew ..chicken neh neh sia ...hmph ...haix.... 1 mth in tis ward dunno can survive ma ..i wondering nw !!!
